Mr. Knoll is an entrepreneur with extensive expertise in all areas of sulphur and sulphur emissions industries. He also has vast experience in fertilizer and pollution abatement.

Mr. Knoll formerly served as CEO of Agronomic Growth Industries, President of Airborne Technologies Inc., President of International Petroleum Equipment Corporation, President of Paragon Controls Ltd. and Director of Raytec Metals Corporation, a publicly traded company.

Greg Stevenson

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Stevenson is a Chartered Accountant with 20 years of experience working with junior and intermediate public oil and gas companies and with one of the big four accounting firms. Most recently, Mr. Stevenson was the Chief Financial Officer of Pieridae Energy, a company focused on the development of a fully integrated LNG infrastructure business in Nova Scotia.

Prior to this, Mr. Stevenson was the Chief Financial Officer of WesternZagros Resources Ltd., a TSX Venture listed company with operations in Iraq, which completed approximately $700 million of equity placings, negotiated high yield debt facilities for an additional US$200 million and was part of team that secured two production sharing contracts in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq. Prior to WesternZagros, Mr. Stevenson was controller at Western Oil Sands Inc. As part of the Western Oil Sands senior finance team, Mr. Stevenson was responsible for the budgeting, forecasting, modeling and reporting of business activities, including the formation and subsequent spin off of WesternZagros upon the sale of Western Oil Sands to Marathon Oil in 2007.

Mr. Stevenson graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, and is member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in both Saskatchewan and Alberta.

Dr. Eric Pedersen

EVP Product and Process Development

Dr. Pedersen holds a B.Sc. (Hon) from the University of Victoria (1982-1986) and M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Plant Pathology from the University of Saskatchewan (1986-1993).

Dr. Pedersen has more than 20 years experience in technology/product development and project management and has significant experience in fertilizer granulation.

He has held the following professional positions: Director of Operations and Product Development, Agronomic Growth Industries Ltd., Senior Scientist and Project Manager, Eco Soil Systems Inc., Research Scientist and Project Leader, Agrium Inc., Research Associate, National Research Council.

Satish Iyer, M.E., P. Eng.

VP Technology Development

Mr. Iyer has over 30 years experience in engineering and production and maintenance operations in chemical industries across the globe. As Cargill’s project manager, Satish was responsible for the construction of North America’s largest fertilizer storage and re-distribution terminal in Carmen, Manitoba. His efforts have led to the development of groundbreaking technologies in sulphur fertilizer, biofuel production and biomass processing.

Jeffrey Scott

Chairman

Mr. Scott is President of Postell Energy Co., a private Canadian oil producer in business in western Canada since 1980. He is the Founder and was Chairman of Gran Tierra Energy (GTE. TO), a South American based E&P Company from 2004 to June of 2015. Mr. Scott is also Executive Chairman of Sulvaris Inc., a private fertilizer technology company since February 2012.

Mr. Scott has been in the oil and gas business on both the E&P and service sides of the industry for over 34 years. He has extensive management, financing, mergers and acquisition and public company experience. Over the last 20 years he has been involved in a variety of capacities from founder to officer and/or director of numerous publicly traded companies.

Mr. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Calgary, and a Masters of Business Administration from California Coast University.

Rick Knoll

Steve F. Feick

Director

Mr. Feick is the Vice President, Special Projects of Mancal Corporation, a private holding company based in Calgary, Alberta. With over 100 years of experience, The Mancal Group focuses on sound investments that include private capital investments, oil and gas exploration, real estate, coal and ranching as well as private portfolio management.

Mr. Feick has more than 18 years of business experience. Prior to Mancal he was the President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of GRAF Canada Ltd., a high-end manufacturer, marketer and distributor of sporting goods equipment.

Mr. Feick holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from Queen’s University.

Keith MacPhail

Director

Mr. MacPhail has more than 30 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry and is currently Executive Chairman of Bonavista Energy Corporation. Mr. MacPhail was President and Chief Executive Officer of Bonavista Energy Corporation from 1997 to 2008 and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from 2008 to 2012.

Prior to joining Bonavista Petroleum Ltd. in 1997, Mr. MacPhail held progressively more responsible positions with Canadian Natural Resources Limited with his final position being Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior thereto, he held the position of Production Manager with Poco Petroleums Ltd.

Mr. MacPhail holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Petroleum Engineering from the Montana College of Mineral Science and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists & Geophysicists of Alberta.

Mr. MacPhail is a member of the board of directors of Canadian Natural Resources Limited and Chairman of the board of NuVista Energy Ltd. and is also on a number of other private advisory boards.

Benson Li

Director

Benson Li is an investment professional with over a decade of experience in private equity.

Mr. Li is a Portfolio Manager in the Private Asset Management Group at Alberta Investment Management Corporation (AIMCo), one of Canada’s largest and most diversified institutional investment managers with more than $80 billion of assets under management. He focuses primarily on the venture capital and relationship investing portfolio.

Prior to AIMCo, Mr. Li worked for OMERS Private Equity, RBC Capital Markets and PricewaterhouseCoopers. He holds a Bachelor of Mathematics and a Masters of Accounting from the University of Waterloo and is a Chartered Accountant.

Adam Harbora

Director

Adam Harbora is an investment professional with nearly a decade of experience in private infrastructure investment and energy investment banking.

Mr. Harbora is a Manager in the Private Investments Group at Alberta Investment Management Corporation (AIMCo), one of Canada’s largest and most diversified institutional investment managers with more than $80 billion of assets under management. He focuses primarily on global infrastructure investment in long-lived, regulated or highly contracted, infrastructure assets, and has been a key player in some of AIMCo’s highest profile investment initiatives. AIMCo’s Private Investment group takes on an active role in the management of its existing assets and portfolio companies.

Prior to AIMCo, Mr. Harbora worked for both BMO Capital Markets and Macquarie Capital in their respective energy investment banking groups. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta.
